Elevare is a self-improvement and productivity application designed to help users organize tasks, missions and personal progress.
By downloading, accessing or using Elevare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Users may use Elevare only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Some app functionality may rely on anonymous authentication and cloud services provided through Firebase.
Most user data is stored locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.
Elevare may offer optional premium subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Subscription payments are processed through the Google Play Store. Subscription management, billing and cancellations are handled by Google Play.
Prices and available features may change over time.
Users located in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, by purchasing digital content or premium features and activating them immediately, you explicitly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download or access to the digital content begins.
Subscription management, cancellations, and statutory refund requests are processed through the Google Play Store in accordance with Google's billing policies.
While reasonable efforts are made to keep Elevare available and stable, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Features, functionality or services may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
Elevare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Elevare does not provide medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Elevare.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Access to Elevare may be restricted or terminated in cases of abuse, misuse or violations of these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the application before the changes come into force. Continued use after the effective date indicates your agreement to the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
